Every THE ROOH piece carries a lifetime anti-tarnish guarantee. If your jewellery tarnishes under normal wear, we will repair or replace it.

What is covered

The guarantee covers tarnishing and finish failure under normal use. It does not cover physical damage from accidents, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals beyond everyday contact.

Making a claim

Contact our concierge with your order number and a photo of the piece. We will assess and guide you through repair or replacement at no cost where the guarantee applies.
