Returns & Exchange
Easy 7-day returns on unworn pieces.
If something is not quite right, we make it easy to put it right. Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and we will arrange a pickup. Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What condition must the item be in?+
Unworn, undamaged, and in its original pouch and packaging, with any tags intact.
Are sale items returnable?+
Items bought on final-sale promotions are exchange-only unless they arrive faulty.
