Is THE ROOH jewellery really anti-tarnish?+
Yes. Our three-layer micron-bonded plating seals the base metal so it will not react, oxidise, or tarnish under normal wear. Every piece is backed by a lifetime guarantee.
Can I wear it in water?+
Absolutely. Shower, swim, and sweat in it. Pat dry afterwards to keep it at its brightest.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?+
Our bases are hypoallergenic and nickel-safe, making our pieces suitable for most sensitive skin.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking via Razorpay, and cash on delivery on most pin codes.
How long does delivery take?+
2–4 business days for metro cities and 4–7 days across the rest of India.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.
