Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for eligible returns and cancellations in line with our returns policy.

Timeline

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies.
